Kobie Turner, Rams

Kobie Turner has emerged as a star on the Los Angeles Rams’ defensive front since being drafted by the team in 2023.

Across his first three seasons with the Rams, Turner has recorded 24 sacks, 43 quarterback hits, 167 combined tackles, nine passes defensed and one forced fumble in 51 games (37 starts).

He has been a nightmare for offensive linemen around the league, including Seattle Seahawks left guard Grey Zabel.

“Kobie Turner is like my kryptonite right now in the game of football,” Zabel said during an appearance on the Green Light with Chris Long podcast.

“I don’t know what it is. He’s just got my number. He just works me every single game. As much as you want to hate the Rams, they’re all really good dudes across the board. Kobie Turner for instance, he’s just out there and he just smiles. He just plays the game for the love of the game.”

Turner is considered one of the nicest players in football, and that was evident when he served as the commencement speaker for the class of 2026 at the University of Richmond earlier this year.

For as nice as he is on the field, Turner has truly developed into one of the best pass rushers in the league. And with Myles Garrett now part of the Rams’ talented defensive line, Turner could be in line for his best season yet.

Puka Nacua hoping to stay with Rams long term

Puka Nacua is eligible to sign a lucrative contract extension with the Los Angeles Rams this offseason, but so far, the sides have not been able to get a deal done.

Part of that could be related to Nacua’s recent off-the-field trouble as a previous report indicated the team wanted to see some improvement in his behavior before committing to a long-term contract.

Nacua made it clear during an appearance at Fanatics Fest that his hope is to remain with the Rams.

“That’s the plan,” he said.
