Raiders Activate Denzelle Good From PUP List, Sign Cameron Hunt And Waive Jordan Lasley

The Oakland Raiders announced that they have activated offensive lineman Denzelle Good from the PUP list, signed offensive lineman Cameron Hunt and waived wide receiver Jordan Lasley.

Good was cut by the Indianapolis Colts and quickly picked up by the Raiders in early December of last year. He played four games for the Silver and Black and started three, making him a potential starter for 2019.

He is expected to battle with Jonathan Cooper for the starting left guard spot while Richie Incognito is out the first two weeks of the regular season due to suspension.

Good underwent back surgery at the end of July and was expected to be out for one or two months, so the fact that he is healthy enough to be activated now means that he is ahead of schedule in his rehab. With just two preseason games remaining, it will be interesting to see if he gets into either of them.

Hunt is entering his third stint with the Raiders as he spent the 2018 preseason with them and then the final three games of the 2018 season, as well as the offseason program this year.

The former Oregon Duck has also spent time in the San Francisco 49ers and Denver Broncos organizations after going undrafted in 2017.

Oakland claimed Lasley off waivers just a couple of weeks ago after he was waived by the Baltimore Ravens. The 2018 fifth-round pick out of UCLA undoubtedly has some talent, but the Raiders have a ton of depth at the wide receiver position so he was always unlikely to crack the roster.
