- Darren Dreger: “Report based on some owners reluctance to expand to both LV and Que at same time. Concerns with attendance in Car and Fla is part of it. Doesn’t mean Que is a defined relocation city or Car/Fla are losing their teams it’s about expansion and some owners want to be patient. LV seems more likely with Que viewed as insurance. Far from determined.
