Eric Stephens: Anaheim Ducks defenseman Hampus Lindholm returned to the lineup. Forward Ondrej Kase (Kase) is back skating.

Mike Heika: Dallas Stars forward Blake Comeau is nearing a return from a knee injury. He could be ready for tonight.

Both defensemen Andrej Sekera and Roman Polak are still out.

Larry Brooks: New York Rangers forward Mika Zibanejad remains out with a neck/upper-body injury.

Pittsburgh Penguins: The Penguins have activated forward Evgeni Malkin from the IR.

Kevin Kurz: San Jose Sharks Dylan Gambrell suffered a hand injury but they don’t think it is going to be serious.

Caley Chelios: Tampa Bay Lightning coach Jon Cooper said that Victor Hedman could be practicing next week. They don’t believe that his injury will be a “threat” to him not being able to play in Sweden.

Dave McCarthy: Toronto Maple Leafs defenseman Jake Muzzin didn’t travel with the team to Philadelphia for personal reasons.

It is sounding like John Tavares could return from his broken finger.

Kristen Shilton: Maple Leafs defenseman Morgan Rielly practiced yesterday. He’s been playing but has missed the previous four practices. His issue was not known.

Vancouver Canucks: Canucks coach Travis Green said that forward Micheal Ferland is in concussion protocol.

Ken Wiebe: Winnipeg Jets defenseman Nathan Beaulieu probably won’t be in the lineup tonight. Forward Patrik Laine could be able to return tonight.
