NHL Injury Updates
Charlie Roumeliotis: Chicago Blackhawks defenseman Duncan Keith is skating back in Chicago. No official update on defenseman Calvin de Haan‘s status.
Adrian Dater: Colorado Avalanche defenseman Cale Makar will be out the next two games with an upper-body injury.
Alison: The Columbus Blue Jackets have put forward Emil Bemstrom on the IR with a rib/cartilage issue.
Michael Russo: Minnesota Wild’s Mikko Koivu, Jared Spurgeon, and Devan Dubnyk can all return against either the Golden Knights or Coyotes this week. They’ll all be practice over the next three days.
Minnesota Wild: Wild forward Joel Eriksson Ek isn’t traveling with the team and is out with an upper-body injury.
Brian Compton: New York Islanders forward Michael Dal Colle left Saturday’s game with an upper-body injury.
Sam Carchidi: Philadelphia Flyers coach Alaine Vigneault isn’t sure if forward Scott Laughton is more day-to-day or week-to-week. They will know more later this week.
Sam Carchidi: Flyers forward Tyler Pitlick is out with a concussion. Laughton has a groin injury and will be out for a bit.
Dave Isaac: The Flyers put Travis Konecny on the IR and Oskar Lindblom on the LTIR.
Brendan Batchelor: The Vancouver Canucks have put Micheal Ferland on the LTIR.
Jeff Paterson: Canucks defenseman Alex Edler is skating on his own and he could return before Christmas.
Jesse Granger: Vegas Golden Knights forward Cody Glass remains day-to-day with no update yesterday.
Forward Cody Eakin isn’t ready to start skating yet according to coach Gerard Gallant. He’s listed as week-to-week.
Ken Wiebe: The Winnipeg Jets coach Paul Maurice said that forward Mathieu Perreault was moving around after the game. He’ll be evaluated today. Maurice on the hit: ”That’s the most dangerous play in hockey.”
NHL Player Safety: Flyers Joel Farabee will have a hearing today for his hit on Perrault.
