The Los Angeles Dodgers announced yet another multi-year sponsorship agreement with a Tokyo-based company, with Yakult the latest to partner with the organization.
“It gives us great pleasure to welcome Yakult into the Dodger family of partners,” Dodgers executive vice president and chief marketing officer Lon Rosen said in a statement. “We are looking forward to amplifying the reach and recognition of this industry leader, as well as supporting its endeavors to deliver well-being products and more around the globe.”
With the sponsorship agreement in place, Yakult signage is on display at Dodger Stadium, including the company’s logo on the outfield fence and a permanent sign above the left field pavilion.
Yakult additionally is going to be included in multiple days of on-site activations with samples as part of a robust effort to connect fans at Dodger Stadium with the company’s range of products.
“We are very excited to partner with the Los Angeles Dodgers and looking forward to keeping a great long-term relationship,” Yakult USA president and CEO Yutaka Misumi said. “We are rooting all the way for the success of the Dodgers.”
Including Japan and the United States, Yakult products are sold in 40 countries and regions around the world.
