The Los Angeles Dodgers are playing in the playoffs for the 12th consecutive season, and while their National League Division Series schedule is locked in, who the opponent will be and all game times are still to be determined.

The Dodgers punched their ticket for October baseball back on Sept. 19 and clinched the NL West exactly one week later by winning a series against the San Diego Padres for the first time this season.

The Dodgers also clinched the No. 1 seed in the NL and the best record in MLB as well, guaranteeing them home-field advantage throughout the postseason.

All NL and American League Wild Card Series games are being played from Oct. 1-2, and if necessary on Oct. 3.

This year marks a third consecutive season in which the Dodgers earned a first-round bye and spot in the NLDS. Manager Dave Roberts planned to give the team Monday off and hold only a voluntary workout on Tuesday.

That will be followed by official NLDS workouts at Dodger Stadium for the next three days leading into Game 1. Last year the Dodgers invited fans to attend a simulated game prior to the NLDS, but the team has not yet announced if that will be repeated.
