Every game on the 2022 Los Angeles Dodgers Spring Training schedule will air live on Spectrum SportsNet LA, a spokesperson confirmed to DodgerBlue.com. Spring Training telecasts will be handled by multiple broadcast teams.
SportsNet LA has already been airing Spring Training coverage both from their studio and Camelback Ranch with “Access SportsNet: Dodgers” on a nightly basis. John Hartung is again host of the network’s flagship program.
The Dodgers’ Cactus League slate begins Friday with a home matchup against the Milwaukee Brewers. First pitch at Camelback Ranch is set for 1:05 p.m. PT, with non-roster invitee Beau Burrows expected to start for L.A.
Because of the MLB lockout, the revised 2022 Dodgers Spring Training schedule was reduced to 18 games. Their Cactus League schedule concludes Saturday, April 2, with a home game against the San Francisco Giants.
The Dodgers then break camp and return to Southern California for the exhibition Freeway Series that begins March 3 at Angel Stadium. It then shifts to Dodger Stadium the next two nights to wrap up their Spring Training schedule.
Friday, April 1, is the Dodgers’ lone off day during Spring Training. They will play four Cactus League games under the lights.
The Dodgers are in their 14th year at Camelback Ranch. The property features six practice fields on the Dodgers’ side of the complex, including a replica Dodger Stadium field, fan photo elements commemorating franchise history, walking trails, an orange grove and five-acre lake.
