Rams, 2025 NFL Draft

The 2026 NFL Draft order has been updated with compensatory picks and trades officially being announced, which includes a total of seven selections for the Los Angeles Rams.

The Rams will now make only one pick in the first round instead of two after sending the No. 29 overall selection to the Kansas City Chiefs for All-Pro cornerback Trent McDuffie.

L.A. still owns the No. 13 overall pick, which they originally acquired from the Atlanta Falcons when they traded up to select James Pearce Jr. in the 2025 NFL Draft.

The Rams will also pick at Nos. 61 and 93, respectively, in the second and third rounds. However, the team will not make a selection in the fourth round after trading it to the Chicago Bears, along with the No. 195 pick in last year’s draft, to move up to No. 148 and select defensive tackle Ty Hamilton.

The Rams are also without their original fifth- and sixth-round picks in the 2026 NFL Draft after trading them to the Chiefs as part of the package for McDuffie.

L.A. did pick up another sixth-round pick (No. 207) when they traded Ben Skowronek to the Houston Texans in 2024. They also previously acquired a seventh-round pick (No. 232) when they traded Tre’Davious White to the Baltimore Ravens in 2024.

The Rams were also awarded two compensatory picks in the seventh round (Nos. 251 and 252) for losing Bobby Brown III, Michael Hoecht, Demarcus Robinson and Christian Rozeboom in free agency last year. Their original seventh-rounder currently belongs to the Jacksonville Jaguars, who acquired it from the Texans in the 2025 trade for Christian Kirk.

The 2026 NFL Draft will be held in Pittsburgh, Pa., from April 23-25.
