Rams Had Most Productive Rushing Offense In 2025

The Los Angeles Rams fell just short of getting back to the Super Bowl last season, but still had plenty to be proud of as they boasted one of the best offenses in football.

Most people are quick to think of the Rams’ passing attack led by reigning NFL MVP Matthew Stafford, but the team also has an effective ground game that doesn’t get as much attention.

The Rams’ rushing offense was so productive last season that it led the NFL with a 92.4 grade in Pro Football Network’s Offense Impact metric.

The highest-graded NFL rushing offenses in 2025, per PFN’s Offense Impact metric:

The Rams’ running game is led by Kyren Williams and Blake Corum, though Ronnie Rivers and Puka Nacua occasionally get carries as well.

Williams is coming off a third consecutive season where he amassed at least 1,000 rushing yards and 10 touchdowns. Corum also enjoyed a breakout year that saw him set career highs in rushing attempts (145), rushing yards (746) and touchdowns (six).

The duo was able to put up those numbers even with the Rams leading the NFL in passing by a wide margin.

Williams and Corum should once again play an important role in the Rams offense this season, and with other key contributors like Stafford, Nacua and Davante Adams returning to the mix, there’s no telling how good the group can be.

Aaron Donald still undecided about return to Rams

One of the biggest storylines in football right now is the possibility of Aaron Donald coming out retirement to team up with Myles Garrett on the Rams next season.

Donald has dropped plenty of hints about a potential return and was recently spotted working out at the team’s training facility.

However, Donald has not yet indicated when he will make an official decision about resuming his NFL career. Chris Simms of NBC Sports attempted to get an answer out of Donald, but he is still undecided.

“I plain-out asked, I said, ‘What do you think? You going to give it a shot?’ And I don’t think he’ll have any problem with me sharing this. He said, ‘Honestly, I don’t know yet.’ He just doesn’t know yet,” Simms relayed.
