It seems as if drama has surrounded center Dwight Howard no matter what team he has been on. There were plenty of issues with the Orlando Magic before he was traded to the Los Angeles Lakers where more issues followed.
Things were expected to improve when Howard joined the Houston Rockets in 2013, but with Houston in danger of missing the playoffs after a trip to the Western Conference Finals last season, rumors have been flying about Howard’s supposed unhappiness.
Howard is set to become an unrestricted free agent this summer if he opts out of the final year of his contract, and will surely be seeking a max contract. Bleacher Report quotes Rich Bucher of CBS Sports, saying that Dwight could be looking to make a return to a familiar city:

The possibility of Howard leaving is very real and the Rockets notably tried to trade their disgruntled center at the trade deadline, without success.
The Milwaukee Bucks were reportedly very interested in acquiring Howard at the deadline, but a return to Orlando, where Howard experienced his most success, could be the right move for both sides. The Magic are trying to get over the hump and make the playoffs and Howard could be the key to that.
It sounds crazy to think that Howard could return considering the damage done when he left, but crazier things have happened in recent years.
