Nick Young has quite the personality on and off the court. He wears some of the loudest shirts and has one of the funkiest hairstyles in the league. Young also goes by the nickname of “Swagy P” (which is in his Twitter name. On the court, he has never met a shot he didn’t like.
But we can’t underrate his dunking skills.
In the second quarter of the Sixers’ game against the Milwaukee Bucks at the Bradley Center, the ball was thrown to Nick Young up top. The shot clock was running down. Young faked to the left then went right as he passed by Beno Udrih and John Henson. Then Young threw it down in front of the leading shot blocker in the league, Larry Sanders. Young fell to the floor and did a back roll afterwards.
What a dunk by Nick Young, though. Sometimes, he can surprise you with one of those dunks. He’s more known for his unconscious streakshooting behind the arc but that dunk might have been one of the best of his career. Especially since he did it against a defensive monster like Larry Sanders.
However, the Sixers would go on to lose against the Bucks, 110-102. But, hey, Nick Young can go ahead and have a play that will be talked about for a while.
