In terms of baseball video games, they don’t get much better than Sony Playstation’s MLB 13: The Show. For years, The Show has been the most realistic baseball game on the market. This year, to tribute to some of the game’s biggest influencers and players, The Show has been creating custom baseball cards using Vine for fans of the teams and the video game.

The custom cards are about six-second long video clips of the influencer as a player in The Show created from the influencer’s twitter avatar. The coolest part about this whole campaign? The Show completely surprised everyone they created a custom card for.
The custom card above was for twitter user @the700level, the lead blogger for a Philadelphia-based blog and they’ve also done one for Jon Morosi, one of the national baseball writers for FOXSports.com.
The campaign was a way for The Show to get the baseball community excited for Opening Day. The Show has also been giving away some choice prizes away to their followers all day which have included a signed baseball from Matt Kemp and a signed jersey from Andrew McCutchen.
