New Jersey Devils goaltender Martin Brodeur turned 41 back in May. He is entering the last year of his two-year, $9 million deal. There has been some speculation that this could be last season.

The Devils traded for Cory Schneider at the 2013 NHL draft to become the heir apparent when Brodeur decides to hang them up.

Brodeur is already looking ahead to next season, unveiling a new mask today from his twitter account.

Brodeur will go down as arguably one of the best goaltenders in NHL history. Heading into this season, Brodeur is the leader in games played (1,220), wins (669), loses (380), shots on goal (30,569), saves (27,901) and shutouts (121).
